Simply Known ("we", "us") produces short-form educational videos and publishes them to our own social media channels, including TikTok and YouTube.
The Simply Known posting application ("SimplyKnown Posting") is an internal publishing tool. It uploads videos created by Simply Known to Simply Known's own social media accounts. It is not offered to the public, does not accept third-party content, and has no user accounts other than our own.
The application is used solely by Simply Known to publish original, factual, educational content. It does not collect, solicit, or process content or data from any third party.
All videos published through the application are original works created by Simply Known. Reference imagery and historical material are used in accordance with applicable law.
The application is provided as-is for our internal use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simply Known disclaims all warranties, express or implied, with respect to the application.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this address.
